Return Policy

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products, however items are custom assembled on location within 24 hours after order submission and not subject to cancellation. Customized furniture, yard crafts, gift baskets, gift baskets containing food items, treats, etc. are not returnable unless products are damaged during shipping. The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. There is a mandatory 15% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and returns may apply.
